The Responsibility of the call screener will be confirming the current mortgage and/or sales information of said leads real estate. Update in some information may be necessary before forwarding the call to the next available Loan Officer or Real Estate Agent. The Goal of the call screener is to find prospects that are interested in refinancing, purchasing, or selling a home. Once the prospects information is confirmed the call will be transferred to a senior representative to be finalized. The Compensation for call screeners will not be a simple minimum wage! Call screeners at Citywide will be entitled to a part of the commission generated from the transaction. The Desired Outcome for Citywide is to have call screeners who want to become Real Estate Agents and/or Loan Officers and for them to take advantage of our training and our state-of-the-art facility.
Candidate
Qualifications:
Previous telemarketing and customer service experience
is preferred but not necesary.
Willing
to train the right candidates.
Must
be computer literate.
Excellent
phone etiquette, good communication skills, and professional
demeanor required.
Compensation and Work Hours:
Pay: Potential of making up to $1000 or more in bonus a week.
Flexible Hours: 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, or 5pm to 9pm.
